(75 days fresh - 100 - 105 days dry) Phaseolus vulgaris  Coco de Boheme pole beans are a French heirloom dry bean. The plants grow about 5 ft tall, vining and very heavy yields of delicious beans that can be eaten fresh or shelled and used as a dry bean which is what they are better known for. Meaty, buttery texture and rich flavor when cooked. The seeds are half creamy white and half mottled maroon beige in color. Definitely a great, easy to grow choice for home gardeners.
