Cucumber Suhyo Long
(61 - 65 days) Cucumis sativus Open - pollinated. Sweet, low seed, mild burpless flavor, this Asian cucumber originally from Northern China grows up to 15" long and will curl if unsupported. For straighter fruit that packs better grow these vertically in a greenhouse. These make good dense pickling cucumbers if picked young enough. Sets well in heat.
You can start a second batch of plants 2 to 3 weeks after 1st to extend your cucumber harvest even longer with this variety.

Cucumbers are heat-loving plants. Direct sow 1/2" deep when the soil has warmed up. Thin seedlings to 12 – 36" apart. Trellising the vines saves space.
