Greens Mesclun Mix
40 -45 days Mesclun means a "mixed-up mess of baby greens." They are great when looking for variety in a hurry - a diverse assortment of small leaves can be picked daily for salads. You can pick individual leaves or shear off the whole patch about 2cm (") from the ground. The plants will re-grow and can be cut again. Easily grown in containers where space is limited. A favorite here on our farm that we grow year round in our unheated greenhouses.

Sow seeds outdoors as soon as soil can be worked in spring. Plant seeds 18” apart and 1/4" deep. Seeds will germinate in 7-4 days. Sow every 2 weeks in spring and start again in late summer for fall harvests.
