Herb Green Italian Parsley
Petroselinom crispum Flat-leafed Italian heirloom with great dark color and sturdy stems. Large bushy plants produce a continuous supply of flat smooth, shiny leaves with delicious parsley flavor. Pick all season until hard frost for ongoing supply of fresh parsley. Easy herb to dry down as well for a continuous supply all winter long.

Germ. 12 to 28 days at 50 to 75F and start seeds 1cm deep in soil. Do not disturb roots on transplanting and plant out into deeply dug beds consisting of rich soil. Add compost or well rotted manure to the bed when digging to accomplish this. Parsley does well with some shade during the day.
