Ground Cherry, Aunt Mollys #8020

SKU: 8020 Category: Tag:

Delicious pineapple-strawberry flavoured “berries” grow like small tomatillos in tan paper husks. Mature fruits fall to the ground for easy gathering. Plants are extremely productive, offering hundreds of fruits per plant. Can be eaten fresh or used in pies, preserves, desserts, and jam.

Certified organic 40+ seeds/pkt

Seeds need to be started indoors 6-7 weeks before last frost. Sow 1/4″ deep in a light soil mix; harden off & plant out 24 – 48″ apart, in not too rich a soil, after all danger of frost is over. Tomatoes benefit from staking.
